Depends on if your site is on localhost or if you upload your files to your webserver through ftp. WS FTP Pro is a good ftp client for uploading your files. I'm sure members can recommend other tools as well

You can also contact who ever is hosting your website for help on uploading files to your forum root if you don't know how.
