I've looked for this in admincp, and also searched here, and still can't seem to find an answer to this one.

The default message, that comes up when clicking on the Report Post Option (Under the message box)

Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts

I would like to change this message. Is this do-able without an addon? The answer is probably right in front of me and I can't see it for looking. Any help would be appreciated.
