Hi All,

I'm sure I've seen this hack somewhere..... I'm looking for a map system for my forum to allow my registered members to edit, place markers and make comments on.

My forum has a kayaking theme and I'd like my users to be able to mark a common map with the start and finish points of river trips and make comments about local issues i.e. parking and dangerous rapids etc. The idea being that we can all edit one big map and build a useful source of information for all to share.

I have had a look at google api mapplets but they made my head hurt!

Anyone got any clues were to look?
