Can any one point me in the direction of a mod that will do something like:

I want to run a competition whereby people will upload pics and a bit of text (maybe using a form or just manually in a specific thread/post). This will be hidden until the voting starts.

At the start of the voting, all users with +5 posts (or whatever) will be eligable to view the uploaded pics etc and vote of them. Each user will get either a 1 to 10 type vote on each item they see or a number of votes in total (e.g. just one vote). The order in which they see the items should be random.

I can then close the competition and announce results.

Does anything do this already? or could I cobble two things together?
