[REQUEST] changing the forum home style to this...

can someone please create a mod that changing the forum home style?
the mod gives you the option to decide how many forums display in one row
the forums should look something like that (it's in hebrew):

I saw a few sites with mod like this but no one accept to publish the mod for VB community
