Hum the fact that she can view the chabox but not the full page one is very strange.

Does she have the options in the user cp ? (if no then it's a known bug that might have messed up with that and this'll be corrected in the new version )

Actually not but maybe you could achived that by using the display chatbox when having problems on some styles.

This could help you add the $chatbox_forumhome just where you want it to be shown in the what's going on.
