Chatbox working perfectly, apart from one strange problem.

I have a user who cannot see it. She is a Registered User and the usergroup does have permission. Everyone else in the same usergroup can view the chatbox.

I gave her the url for the full page chatbox and she can view that, but she still can't view the normal chatbox on any of the forum pages.

I installed the mod "Admin can login as user". When I login as this member... it is true... the chatbox is not visible.

I'm stumped... any ideas?
