How EnIgMa1234 solved your problem was through removing $vbphrase[ ] from around your "DUT Myspace" link title. To use the phrase system you must add a custom phrase (I usually use "Global", and give it a varname. This varname must be without spaces (not sure about capitals, but all have lower case letters only). So you could have created a phrase with the varname of dut_myspace. Than in your template used $vbphrase[dut_myspace] and you have received the same result.
