I've been told in this forum to upload to .tar for tar games and .zip for zip games. So they should be uploaded in a different way??

Oy! You know, sometimes there's too much confusion as to how upload/download/lowjack things with vbulletin...everybody has a different answer to the same question and they're either all right or they're all wrong...you know?

Yeah I know... Anyway I can't even install games directly from tar archives, something wrong with php configs and host won't change.

I have to install all my games manually now and that's why I don't have errors. 6 months ago tar install still worked for me but it always placed gamedata to wrong place.


And yes, 2.6.2+ is the newest version (released yesterday). It may have few bugs but it also fixes the score submit problem with Iinternet Explorer 7 and v32/v33 games.
