There is always this hack https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ight=vbsupport although originally for 3.5 this does work somewhat in 3.6 it all depends on your needs. What doesnt work 3.6 with this mod is attachments and guest access to the support system.

I have requested permission from the original author to port that mod over to 3.6 to get it fully functional but I have not received a reply as of yet.
