no, those games are secure, means their score-transmission from the game to the arcade-script is encrypted.
The point is that results are transferred via HTTP just as normal text/parameters, so some cheaters used this to adapt their scores and sent faked (better) results to the arcade-script to get highscores, win tournaments ect.
This is now impossible as the games encrypt the scores mathematically, transfer them and the arcade-script decrypts it and can verify if the result is valid or not.
So the player himself won't notice any difference, but the forum's administrator can be sure that results in those games are really played and not injected by any user
