I'm not so keen on the gold against that variation of blue. For me, I feel they don't work well together and/or complement each other very well. There's millions of other colours which would work better and I would strongly suggest against the gold implementation.

Maybe another variation of blue would highlight the gold better but I would seriously opt for another colour for your text links if your deciding that this variation of blue is staying.

The black cells (alt1 & alt2) look awfull, I have to be honest but it does though if you keeping this colour ensure that the images applied onto this background are correctly matted so you have a smoother more visually appealing look (this goes for any images).

Some of the forum icons (at the bottom) look nice though ensure you have them correctly saved out so they look seemless (in their current state) they are not.

Overall I'm not keen on the colours at all and from a visual perspective it needs a lot of work.
