In your STANDARD_ERROR and STANDARD_ERROR_LITE templates, search for the following:

This will take you to the relevant area where the message is constructed. You can either directly manipulate the HTML in those respective templates or you could alternatively change the phrases to fit your needs.

The relevant phrases used are as follows:

not_logged_no_permission
not_logged_in_fill_in_form
may_not_have_sufficient_privileges
administrator_may_disabled_account

These phrases can be edited through the Language and Phrases manager in the AdminCP; search for the Phrase's Variable Name, as supplied above.
