On my hack selling forum, I used to experienced that problem with our old host (mavenhostings).

I think this due to a server problem incompatibility as we experienced that problem with all existing ajax based chatbox/shoutbox. And we also had problems with many ajax functionnality in vbulletin.

I am not very experienced in ajax (though I made it for the chatbox, this was my learning hack

) so I really dont know where it could come from

Does other ajax functionnalities on your forum works well ?
