I was wondering if there was a way to get a vBulletin basic template design like vBulletin.org's set-up.

I am talkin about the tabs at the top the search bar, the thread set-ups, etc.

I am trying to start a new website and I honestly believe that the set-up to vBulletin.org is the only way that would work. This set-up is the only way I can get this website to work at all and I would appreciate information on how to have my threads and such set-up this way. The version that you get currently when you buy vBulletin doesn't work because I need it to be set-up the way of the mods/styles section and the original way.
