I thought about changing it to something other than "Submit Tools", I may just call it "Social Bookmarking" or "Submit This" or something.

The link was the link pointing to the thread. Is it suppose to do this? Because it is not submitting, it will not allow anyone to submit the url's, keeps saying it is not a working link.

Hmm, shouldn't have happened. Do you still have your problem? What was the URL? I've not had a problem with Digg.
