vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Reputation not counting, but shows up in usercp

Im testing out the reputation system on my forum, as an admin im able to add rep with no problems. However as a registered user, im still able to add rep, but it doesnt change the repuation number in the postbit, for example if his rep is on 1 and i add positive rep it says on 1.

I looked in the usercp of the user and the reputation does show up, however it has this image next to it

, which leads me to believe that even though i gave positive rep it doesnt contribute to the reputation level, possibly because of permissions.

Is anyone able to help me out with this, its really annoying
