ok i actually found the navbar which is located actually in the templates and styles and then edit templates for anyone else that comes across this and needs to know the same thing

You know emticons? i was looking for something that would organize them better. The girl i referred to had one that you could put in a drop down list and click on say birthday and it would bring up all the birthday emos and smilies.

I will try and search again for arcade but it just brings up the whole list of EVERYTHING not just arcade stuff.
