I place no blame on those who use a crooked website company for their forum, most awfully bad luck. Everyone else, now is your chance to return from the dark side. Just in case anyone named above wishes to try quickly restoring my copyright and claiming innocence, all of of the changes named above are independently recorded in Google's searches.

To everyone else, a big thank you for respecting copyright and intellectual property. I am genuinely grateful.
