The first thing is a known bug I have corrected in the current version in development.

The second thing : it can be found in the cron manager in your admincp.

This is not a bug as It is actually not supposed to show on that page as it's neither the forumdisplay nor the forumhome nor the showthread page Anyway, it'll be possible in the next release.
