sorry i know i ask alot but im not one to hesitate to ask when i cant figure it out!!! i have a few how do i questions or where do i if that.....im not sure how to locate the navbar area i know i have seen it before but i cant find it anywhere?

also i was wondering if there was a code out there to help catergories the smilies? I knew a girl that had one before but i have searched and cannot find one.....

and finally how do i go about getting a arcade on my page?
