look on hotscripts.com for 'leech' and then find the one you like...

I doubt you're going to find anyone on here that will custom write a url rewriting mod to protect rapidshare links... You'll be better off asking on rent-a-coder or some other place where there'll be 'experienced' fxp mod'ers who you can pay to do stuff like that.

Or, you can host everything on your box and use subscriptions/download manager to protect 'your content'.
