I am currently using the iShop modification on my site and while it's great I was hoping some features could be included as an add-on:

Have the site PM a member when another member donates something to them.
See a comment as to why the item was donated instead of the item name when you hover over the item in the postbit.

I know many people would be very interested in this since the iShop seems to be the only stable store modification out there and vbplaza has gone by the wayside.
