Is this still open for spammers ?

I know it's possible is the files aren't secure. I had someone spamming 1,000's of account with a poorly coded "contact us" form on a site I was running once.

I'm not saying this hack can be exploited, but I'd like it to be checked b4 I'd put it on my site.
The GUI looks very basic, which makes me wonder about the code.
