the last post column "problem" has something to do with titles... its expands and contracts with the length of your titles.... in some forums, a title may be 45 characters long.. and in another forum it may be only 5 characters long.. this will make your tables look messed up....

what i did to fix the problem..., was limit the amount of characters that could be shown in the title... that SOMEWHAT helped the situation..

{set this to your desired length} mine is 35.....

i dont know if this will help in your situation, but it somewhat fixed mine..
