It's their cache. They have to clear it or their computer will probably reload them later.
It's a client-side issue and there is nothing you can do about it, sorry.

Just ask them to clear the cache, that's the only solution. (Other than the computer picking it up later.) It'll pick it up sooner or later, don't worry.
