Well, when I make a style, some want no sidebar, some what it on the homepage, and some want it on every page.... I guess you can't please everyone. To answer your question, I don't plan on modifying this style to have a sidebar on all pages.

That is correct, the footer and the header are the two templates containing adsense. Did you make a new logo image that may be a large filesize? Are you on dialup? There isn't any heavy / large images with this style, so the style itself should not cause slow load times. It should actually load quite fast.
