4.42 Released.

This has a number of new options (some of which will be added to other mods of mine over the next few weeks).

1. The Auto Template (ATCS) options have been updated, inc adding the option to change the template used.

2. A code run option has been added to choose if the mod runs just on the forumhome or all pages.

3. The usergroups option has been updated so that you can allow all usergroups, or include just those listed, or exclude just those listed.

The basic modification has not changed so you only need to upgrade if you want to use the new options.
