Hi Gholsie,
Login to your vBulletin Admin CP, go to vBulletin Options, then Zoints Profile Options and from there make sure at the first option on the screen "Enable The Profile System" is set to yes and click save. That isn't the issue, but just something you should check so when it is working, it is working for your members.
Next, go to /z/ or your Zoints Local location from there click Settings, then click Zoints Admin Area and then at Zoints Profile System Status make sure it is set to Activated and click save. If this doesn't work, likely the problem is a little bit more deep-rooted and I would suggest opening up a ticket at network.zoints.com.
