if the style was called say ummm "Aria"

you would download the zip, extract it, in side the zip you will find a folder called Aria with the images inside eg: misc ect:

zip the aria folder up which has the images in side, upload the zip to your forum root/images,
some style you have to upload to forum root only other times if it doesnt work you would need to make a folder called styles in forum root/images then upload it there.
anyway after uploading the zip extract it then goto your admin control/ Styles & Templates /Download-Upload Styles , Import Style XML File that came with ya style, Ignore Style Version "yes" put ya Title for Uploaded Style in, any name will do, then import.
