^ Like nix said, you need to uncheck all the contents under the "Use AnyMedia Player for which video sites?"

To do so ....
Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > AnyMedia BBCode Options > Scroll all the way down > Use AnyMedia Player for which video sites? > Uncheck everything that you see there ...

Also, the media.gif is not showing up because your installing it in the default style only. You need to add it to the other style via Template Edits as well ...
