Hi guys please take me to the right direction here.

One of my webmasters installed (My guess) a MOD into my forum and now everytime members try to send PMs a massage will come out.

vBulletin Message

To be able to send PMs your post count must be 15 or greater.

Your post count is 13 momentarily and you can send PMs to Staff only.

Do you guys know what Mod this could be or at least tell me how to fix this issue please....
