Not sure if this was asked before. Let's say I want to display ads under the navbar, but with certain restrictions. This is all for the same ad location.

1) No ads for specific usergroups (admins, moderators)
2) 728x90 ad block for group (registered users)
3) 300x250 ad block for guests

Does this mod give me this option?
