I was talking directly about the staff. Never had a problem with the regular users at all.

Totally agree, but it wasn't anything like that! I have read several comments from one staff member in particular, who is just plain rude, and honestly should be taken off staff. If i had a staff member who was that rude, they would be removed quickly, to avoid people leaving the forum because of them!
