You must mean the "Default View Age - (Default date cut-off for thread display)." That lets you set it for "show all threads" or pick one that says last week, last 45 days, etc.

Go into your ACP and go to Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Edit Forum/Go > then Default View Age is the 6th option down.
