We use user notes right now to keep track of who changed to what and when, but sometimes we forget to check the notes or forget to add them. Here's a suggestion that would accomplish this task....add the ability for this MOD to create a new thread in a designated forum, just like you can with the contact us page. That would allow you to keep an archive and would be a simple addition to the mod. You could have it post the thread as the user who is submitting the request, allowing a site owner to keep track. Naturally, as a site admin the forum ID would point to a forum that only administrators or moderators have access to.
