Security Risk?

I'm starting to have some doubts that some kinda flaw has been found in this mod so must I consider this a security Issue?!? It's a couple of times that I have seen this guy in the wrong place doing the wrong thing, so can the developer tell me whats going on here, I've added the picture below.

PS. I'm using the latest Version of the Mod.
