vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Move attachment field to New Post page

I'm making a Mobile-friendly skin, but want to retain the ability to upload attachments for phones that support it (I can upload camera pics from my phone for example)

The problem is, phones don't seem to like the Manage Attachments popup. So I just want to replace that with a single file upload field. Any advice on doing this? Thanks
