I have a few accounts on the shared server of IMHOSTED.

I was always happy with them but since a month I have frequent problems with the mailinglists. Due to a wrong implementation of the callout function in their mailserver it often happens that mail sent to the mailman lists is not delivered to its members.

I have raised the issue many times in trouble-tickets. However the earlier nice customer oriented attitude has disappeared. I get answers which clearly show that their first line service is not competent. Escalating to the second supervisor level did not solve it either. It seems that they do not bother to answer my urgent mails.

Time to look for a better hosting ....
