As Quarterbore didn't reply for my PM but Last Online: Jun 2007 I will post a language phrase fixed version of this mod...

This is ONLY language phrase fixed version! No any function modifications!

I don't think this mod is functioning, at least for the domain element blocking as above.

I think or you don't understand what this mod does, or you don't understand what you are talking about.
  • If my computer has IP 123.123.123.123 and admin of forum with this MOD will add my IP to IPS' block list of this MOD I will not be able to register.
  • If my computer has host name mak666.adsl.net and admin of forum with this MOD will add my host name to HOSTs' block list of this MOD I will not be able to register.

I don't see any association with two above any mail.ru
mail.ru just sends mails and it is not a proxy server.
