Default Subforums/Forums closed until clicked
When people look at my forum index I have a number of categories with forums in listing all the different forums.

I would like it so that when a user first visits my page that these are all closed showing only the categories until clicked. This goes for subforums too.... does anyone have any ideas how this is done?
