Do I have to go into the DB and make that change or is that in the .xml somewhere?

Go to your ACP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query.

Fill "Update user SET pmpreview=1" in the Field Manual Query and click Continue.

Click Countinue again in the next Window.
