What is your username? It appears you're the only person with this trouble, may i suggest looking in your spam box? (You never know, your email could of been filtered our for some reason or another).

Saying that, I just checked all inactive accounts and I'm pleased to say there are none, it should be working fine for you, so can you please double check?
