Any idea on aligning the main body to the centre too..?

Okay, I swapped out the header code with the code you posted - the logo hasn't moved.

From the AdminCP I clicked Styles and Templates > Style Manager > Edit all settings > and then pasted it in the header box, replacing the previous code. Is this not the right place?
