I have a board of 3000 users and growing everyday, i added a few mods today and now this comes up :
Quote:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /****/*****/board/includes/functions.php on line 2302
|
I have many mods installed and after installing many of the mods (involving template edits, editing php files, and also styles installed) the board crashed. The error suggests it has something to do with functions.php .
i tried reinstalling the board using a blank database again but it says the same error with functions.php. So i replaced the old functions.php, now the installation starts but again crashes somewhere in between due to error in some other file.
(I have a database backup of my board at a time when it was working fine but i also have many mods installed with it)
I will be really grateful for any kind of help offered ! I am also ready to share any required .php files if needed for troubleshooting.
As i figured out, it is not a database error because even if i use a blank database or my old database the same error comes up. Anyway this information can help ?
I am running version 3.6.4 .
No changes made to the board since then except installing mods.
Also,
i have never edited the functions.php file.
I had installed plugin accelerator and vbimagehosting (
this one)
I disabled the imagehost through the product manager and reloaded the plugins through plugin accelerator.. and since then, this error happened.
I really cannot lose my database and members, Please suggest a way to restore my board back ?
