On my forum, arabic characters works perfectly (example : ستايل روعه لمنتديات)

But try this :

In includes/functions_mgc_cb.php,

Find:

PHP Code:

$chatbox_utf8 = 0; 


Replace by:

 $chatbox_utf8 = 1;
