Hi,

I have an Introduction forum which I would like members to post a
Introductory thread before posting all over the place.

Member would sign up and post a Intro thread creating
that one post would allow them to post anywhere in the forums.

If members tried to post in a forum/thread. a message would pop up telling them to create a introductory thread before they can post.

I'm not 100% sure about the promotions because
I do not want to move members from the Default Members
user-group to anther "Additional Users" group.

Because this will make things difficult when setting other options on that group in future hacks installed.

I'm not sure if there is anything available yet but I did a search and could not find anything.
