For the record, i can only see one post you made requesting support, and the problem was resolved within 45 minutes, despite it being 3-4am in the morning

Your other posts have all been asking for free stuff, and not requesting support at all.

Asking for things for free is NOT support related questions, which probably explains why you aren't getting a reply
