Could someone explain to me how to change the order of the buttons in the Editor... and maybe add a vertical divider line or two?

I've taken a look at the article Adding New Buttons to the Editor Toolbar , but the publication date of that was October 2005 and it would appear that it does not factor in custom BB codes and the buttons that are uploaded when that tool is used.

I would imagine that I need to edit a template somewhere
