Ah, if this is the one, then it has these functions:

• Turning lurkers into Members --> Info Center too
• Making Users Confirm their Account --> Info Center too
• Get non-posting users to post
• Getting inactive users to become more active
• General Announcements --> Info Center too, 2x

I never thought about getting non active people back on the board.
I'll write an addon to add this, tonight

Maybe even a message when the user has a pm, as I noticed a nice notice in this forum when I received one
